The chat advisor

A security specialist you can ask about a finding, a scan report, or any code you paste into the conversation.

It works from the conversation itself. Paste a snippet, attach a file, or run a scan and ask about the report — all of that is in front of it. What is not in the conversation is not available to it: the advisor cannot browse your repository, open files you have not shared, or check a dependency version for you. Ask it about a file it has not seen and it will say so rather than guess.
